Site Layout
A clear road hierarchy has been established with defined routes throughout. Pedestrian connections proposed connect with the proposed meadow land to the North and the Public Footpath network to the South, with internal footways providing access to the centrally located play facilities. Vehicular access to the main body of the site will be achieved via the Grove Road & Stourmouth Road providing a linked network with individual accesses from these roads to perimeter plots. These connections will form access to the wider footpath network.
